Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong knowledge of all wines and specialty cocktails featured on the menu
Demonstrate familiarity with all liquors and bar ingredients
Learn and retain full food menu knowledge to support guest recommendations
Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional guest service
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Execute all opening, closing, and barrunning duties, including fruit prep and glass polishing
Provide attentive service to bar guests following FOH steps of service

All Servers and Server Assistants will begin their employment in the Server Assistant role. Upon completion of training, team members may be promoted to Server based on their prior experience, training test scores, and their demonstrated ability to follow the steps of service with consistency, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Remove garbage bags from the bar and service areas as necessary
Assist the bar by washing glassware
Restock glassware, silverware, and plateware for both the bar and dining room
Mop floors and assist with end of shift cleaning duties

We are looking for reliable and skilled Line Cooks to prepare food for dinner service. The ideal candidate works cleanly, follows detailed instructions, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires afternoon and evening availability and a commitment to working at least four shifts per week. Line positions include Char-grill, Sautee, Pasta, Fry and Salad Stations.

Qualifications

Experience in high volume, made from scratch kitchen
At least one year experience on at least one station mentioned above
Ability to master your assigned station and cross train on other line stations
Takes pride in food quality and presentation
Can follow standards and procedures
Good knife skills
Able to remain calm in high stress situations
At least 18 years old

We are looking for reliable and detailed oriented Expeditors to organize orders and place final garnishing on food to serve during dinner service. The ideal candidate works cleanly, follows detailed instructions, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires afternoon and evening availability and a commitment to working at least four shifts per week. Clean and neat appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Start shift stocking and organizing expo station. Complete any necessary prep
Read Kitchen Display System and organize orders for FOH staff to deliver to tables using pivot point system
Know each food item and garnish according to specification
Ask pointed questions to the FOH or BOH to help FOH communicate with their guests
If necessary, run food to the guest table using proper procedure
Follow opening, running and closing duties and procedures

We are looking for reliable dishwashers that will maintain the restaurants cleaning standards. We are hiring for both AM and PM. AM dishwashers could help with preparation while keeping up with preparation dishes. PM dishwashers will clean dishes and help restock the production line. Closing duties will be included. Position requires a commitment to working at least four shifts per week.
